Loving life behind the lens

KEEP your pictures simple and clean.” It may sound easy but professional photographers say it’s not as easy as it sounds.

Limit your subjects for a better shot. Too many subjects will make it messy. Those are the suggestions by photography fraternity

Capturing prized moments and events of life are what makes our life more meaningful. Photographs are everyone’s interest. The significance of taking shots differs across people of all walks of life. Some take it for fun, some for admiration of nature’s beauty, some to commemorate precious memories and so on, so forth.

Making beautiful photographs involves nothing more than a bit of thought. If you would like to:

1.Bring home much more pleasing memories from your travels;
2.Make more artistic portraits of your family, pets, or friends;
3.Be satisfied and excited instead of disappointed every time you look at your photos; or
4.Simply enjoy the process of making pictures more

Photography is my passion too but not on a serious note, though. The interest ignited when i owned my first digi cam long time back and started capturing the magnificence of nature. It was so much fun to experiment on photoshots. The mixing of colours, dimensions and the background lightings and locations, spice up the whole beauty of the shot. It makes it worthwhile spending extra bucks on camera and time.

I learned simple photography tips from some of my friends on how to improvise this skill.

1. Picking a right camera
2. Photography terms: For eg.Aperture: How wide the opening in a lens is. The larger the opening, the more light gets in.
3.Lghting: Light is the most important aspect of photography. Without light, there would be no photography.
4.Composition: A picture becomes art when you utilize your angles, and make the viewer wonder. Just taking a snap shot of something isn't really art. You need to explore the image, and see what angles, or lighting makes it interesting. getting low to the ground, or just showing part of something can help make your pictures be more interesting.
5.Taking better pictures
The only way to take better pictures, is to take more of them. Take your camera everywhere, and snap a photo of whatever peaks your interest. By experimenting, the skills can be polished

So, letz get this rolling! Get a camera if you dont own one. Look out for good locations and the right elements to get the shutter flicking away. Experiment! I assure its great fun and a good learning curve for most.

P.s. Avoid taking shots in ladies/washrooms. Its not a good idea coz its as if your running out of locations to get your camera in action. Pathetic! :)
